[Scribbling] superhero story fragment

Been a hot minute since I've posted anything around here. I'm still alive, just... exceedingly dormant. An idea for a long story has been percolating around the corners of my mind, and I've finally gotten around to committing a bit of it to "paper," so to speak. I'm probably going to publish it all in one go, if it ever gets farther than this, but will try to go along with it as it goes.
This is about a reporter in too deep and a giant superhero of sorts, except the giant superhero sorta sucks at his job. Not that it's even a job.
