I still do not know much about this guy, but, from what I can gather, the completed kit is apparently the 4th form of the Gundam Barbatos. Compared with the previous picture of form one, it gained shoulder armor and switched out the left arm. The cannon on the back can swing forward under the arm.

This kit stands watch on top of my computer tower at work! Looks so cool that I might just leave it there. :)
