It's frozen here too, but as long as it's cold water tails, it's good. Warm water tails on the other hand, I've had bad experiences with them. Was a 50/50 if it was good or bad. I've been pressure cooking all my seafood now. Turns out perfect every time. What are the typical tail prices by you?
