Nice bit of 1960's era architecture, though I couldn't tell you if its ever been used. Certainly I've never seen anyone up there. Though the lower part of the building is used as a snack bar sometimes when there are softball games going on. The inclusion of the field lights on either side was purely by accident!

A lot of straight clean geometric lines, buildings which tend to be square and boxy, heavy use of aluminum, cinder block. They tend to be pretty plain. A lot of post-modern buildings are from this era. Generally I'm not fond of 1960's architecture, but sometimes it can be interesting.
