This is a scene that happened to me quite a few times IRL. It's awesome to see it portrayed in furry artwork. It takes away a bit of the realism of the images from memory. This was intended as punishment, it was threatened that the pictures would be shown to all my classmates in school and my cousins, this (and the leather belt whipping preceding this scene) is the real reason for the tears and look of anguish. The "get diapered and stare in the mirror as humiliation" part didn't bother me at all, I liked that.
