Observation Notes:
We expected the progression to follow the other one in terms of speed and change, but we were greatly surprised. The changes came form the extremities first, but unevenly. Most of his fingers changed before his skin became hide.
His Eventual lower abdomen began at a slow and uneven rate as well. The antlers also developed unevenly, an the subject had great difficulty balancing as the change progressed.
Eventually the changes balanced out, and the subject could balance effectively again. He was led from the observation room willingly and without incident. We have prepared a room adjacent to the boar-subject to facilitate easier study.
Addendum:
The moose and the boar are communicating between themselves in an unknown language. When question the subjects feign ignorance.
Further observation ordered, and Translation attempts are underway.
Addendum II:
Translation attempts have been unsuccessful as of yet, and we now believe they are communicating with other creatures in the pens, as well as creatures outside the wall.
Security forces and surveillance have been heightened to maximum.
Addendum III: Catastrophe.
Ovenight the subjects have escaped, and the remaining potions have been stolen. Security forces have vanished, and the surveillance has been crippled.
Plans underway to recapture and revise security protocols.
