*EDIT* Just realized that the glowing yellow spots on Vaal's head aren't actually his eyes. They're the beadier crimson red - and very much not glowing - spots further up along his snout. Woops xD */EDIT*
So while everyone else is gonna be drawing Teo & Luna or Rathalos & Rahtian for Valentine's Day, I'm drawing this guy
I just beat him the other night and decided to send him a Valentine's Day card the next day, because he's probably the only mon in MHW that won't be getting a card otherwise. So I'm sure he appreciates this gesture :>
(Also yes he has a little tear in his eye, because he wasn't expecting to get a card ^^)

But fighting you is his job, so don't feel tooooo bad! (Well in my setting it's their job, no hard feelings n' stuff ^^)

His "Vitality" set bonus is pretty good too. ^^
When you're ready to go Decoration Farming you'll probably be seeing a lot of this guy. Not only does his quest seem to pop up the most (Nergy being second) but your alternatives are Kushala, Teostra and Kirin, and the quests that award Decorations are not fun with those latter two. Nergy and Vaal are much easier, and Vaal's the most fun of the five to fight~

im acutly glad people are drawing this awsome elder dragon...........he's a friken zombie dragon who coudnt love that
but bloody hell was it a magour pain inmy arse to get his fangs and his gem to make the full armour set think i fought over 30 of them to get it all but was it worth it? HELL YEAH IT WAS

Oh yeah his fangs are real hard. Kushala's horns are a bother too. At least Vaal is (to me anyhow) fun to fight~ Makes up for it a bit. I'm at 85 fights right now, mostly because he's the best mon to go after for third-level Tempered quests (Kushala and Kirin, not so much)
