Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
With all fursuit heads, her vision isn't perfect, but I have a MUCH easier time seeing when I am wearing Suzie.
Sizing is also included because I have terrible vision, so I needed a head that allowed me to use my glasses. The inside of the head is very roomy, and I'm able to do so! I'm very happy that that request was accommodated for me.
Head has wonderful ventilation, it is very easy to breathe inside of it.
Suzie is built on a foam base with a built in balaclava, and it makes cleaning her very easy. Sweat is absorbed very well due to the balaclava.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
I was mostly worried about how the hair would come out, but it's actually very accurate and the fur is high quality. Her eyes are follow me eyes, and the maker did a wonderful job with the illusion. Suzie's eyes even sparkle a bit based on the paint used, and its a lovely touch.
The base of the head is exactly what I asked for, and has a smiling expression. The fur is consistent on the entire head length wide. A high quality fur was used, and it's very easy to smooth out.
Her face is 100% symmetrical.

How well does everything fit together and match up?
Altogether, the head is consistent. It's hard to see the seams, but when looked at closely everything matches up. It fits perfectly.
The head is exactly in the style of the maker, and the end result was near identical to the original sketch of the head made.


How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
I was given a quote the same day I asked, it was agreed my cost would come from the head being used for practice. I needed to give head measurements, but I was explained exactly where to do so.


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
Maker got back to me same day. We kept a consistent method of communication through Facebook messenger.


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
While we absolutely became closer friends during the project time, our relationship during the project was professional. I never felt worried or like a bother when asking for photos. The maker worked with me during all parts of the commission to make sure I was happy with the product I was getting.


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
Head took around 5 months.
Communication stellar on the maker's part. I was given constant updates and never once did I feel uncomfortable about asking for photos.
The maker was very professional in making sure I would love the final product. My date I needed the head for was in October, so I got the final product months before the due date.
Shipping only took about a week, which is standard due to where I live in relation. She was packed securely, so no problems there!


Are you happy with the product you received?
I wear this head a lot out- at least a few times per month. Aside from regular spot cleaning, she has not required any repairs. I've now had her for about a year, and all of the pieces have stayed together. Her eyes are follow me eyes, and the maker did a wonderful job with the illusion. Suzie's eyes even sparkle a bit based on the paint used, and its a lovely touch.
My only complaint with the head would be a spot on the right side of the head, close to her cheek where glue can be seen if you push the hair back, but it doesn't bother me much.
Suzie was also the maker's 4th head completed, and her first commission.


Describe your overall experience with this maker.
I can not be happier with this head, even a year later. I continue to get compliments on this head and a lot of smiles, and I'm extremely grateful to Moggie for working with me on making this head perfect, and I'm happy to say her quality in fursuits has gone up since Suzie as well.
I wholeheartedly recommend Studio Delights towards anyone who's looking for a maker who will really put in the extra effort to making your fursuit unique and beautiful!
