hay its alright, no one can get 'fixed' after a few weeks, and hay maybe their will always be a bit of anxiety but whats impotent is that you know your limit, a lot of people will want you to get better fast but thats not how it works, just take the day as it is and dont put pressure on yourself, its ok to not be 100% all the time, its ok to be having a tough time, its ok to admit it even if others dont like it, thats just life, its hard sometimes and thats ok
