It's just an idea that struck me while I was watching LA Ink, I'm getting in on my chest in about a week, I'll make sure to post the actual tattoo when I get it done. If you couldn't tell, it says Vegan in the tree branches. I wanted to get it on my chest because its my lifestyle and it means more to me than just not eating animal products. It reminds me of why I became vegan, it's for the animals. I'm a huge animal welfare activist and its a very strong belief that I have, so I want the tattoo close to my heart.

It also has a second meaning to me, the black branches mean death/decay, and the green leaves mean life/growth. You can't have one without the other. It's also another reminder of how to appreciate the little things in life and not let petty comments or actions bother me.
