Yea! Its about a dozen or so wealthy nobles and traders joining underneath a grand tent to dance away and enjoy themselves to the fullest. While the lil' masks and trinkets are there to provide -some- level of anominity its...mostly for the show, really. Think of it as a masquarade with very scanty dress code haha.
