The one who leads and in charge of the Celestial bodies. It is assumed that this is a male, even when disrobed it is not 100% guaranteed, though some of the younger Celestial bodies have been known to call him "papa" or "dad" What is known is that "he" is very kind and soft spoken, only truly showing a hint of anger when someone fails to live up to the potential they were meant to. Apparently he is missing his left arm, but it is not too clear on what happened to it. Also considering that his level of power is on par, if not greater than the hounds. Despite what little is known about "him", the Director is someone who will always assure you that all will be well in the end.
