AC08 - Xylen Commission
Another old commission from '08. This one was requested by 
xylen.
Richter is carrying Derian to safety and super speed.
Speed lines to be added in fairly short order. Once that's done, I'll add some white line effects and maybe some Kirby dots while I'm at it. ;)
