Man I had a lot of fun painting this one, haven't had the chance to draw much snarly stuff until now :]

Offshoot of a chimera, the howling seer indulges in all sorts of foul magic, mutating its body in the process. It can be seen nursing a "crystal ball", which is actually a coalesced lump of tormented souls plucked fresh from the soul well. The orb and its third eye act as its main sources of power to cast spells.
