Phew... this piece has been in the works for a few months now, and I tried my best to get down an atmosphere that feelings quite calming. This was a bonus illustration I offered when I put up this particular Chimera up for offer a while back, thankfully the person whom owns her is incredibly patient, and I can't thank them enough for loving my work enough to purchase her from me.

This piece was a huge struggle for me and my morale, thankfully my friend Cerylune helped me majorly with that background and making the atmosphere turn out the way I saw it in my head. So a huge thank you to her for being so supportive to me when I was just about ready to throw in the towel with this piece. It was a nightmare, but I'm very pleased with it now.

I don't really offer illustrations like this due to not being super confident with elaborate backgrounds, but this was a special case.

And it's unfortunate FA kinda butchers the resolution of artwork, but the high res looks way better than what's here. But that's for the special person who owns this beauty. So I'm sure they'll be very pleased with it.
