Final Commission for Zoorhess on DA of the adoptable he bought from me, Seiko!
I thought it would be nice to show him rocking out at a concert, since he's the lead singer of his rock group. Plus, the outfit design with the neon-blue trimmed cape was way too fun to pass up drawing billowing dramatically like that.
