Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
The Sockpaws are really comfortable! I´m wearing them mostly for pics, but sometimes also for walking around at clean places. Moving is very great! The paws are super soft and they totally stay on the feets.

Slipping in and out is very easy and teh paws are a good choice for warm feets in winter. I wea them for meanwhile more than 100 hours and nothing is broken. The paws have an great quality! Of course they are filled with polyfill and will wear out with the time, but for this case AlphaDogs offers a very excellent and easy refill-service.

ALso the quality of the fur is great! Cleaning is very easy, brushing nearly not needed. Shake the paws and everything is alright!

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume pieces look from the outside.
The paws match 100% to my suit. They are made out of orange and ivory fur with royal blue claws and paw pads. Only if somebody is looking very, very exactly he can see a little differnce in the orange fur, but this prefers to the two years beetween the bodysuit and the paws, shouldn´t last long til you can´t see anything.

How well does everything fit together and match up?
The fit perfect! Because of the bigger seem at the ending of the sleeves they are easy to put under the legs of the bodysuit and also very durable.




How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
AlphaDogs has an form for her quotes, you just have to fill it and send a mail.


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
The response time is very, very fast. Everybody has too run his own bussiness, but the answer comes very fast. Sometimes it feels like getting the answer before the question!


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
I expected honestly nothing cause of some experiences with makers in the US. And i got an incredible service! More WIP-Pics than i got for my whole suit, a fast answer for every question, updates for every step of the production process. This is proffesionalism AND the best customer service i ever heard of. Completion time was incredible fast, but AlphaDogs excuses delays of four, five hours. I don´t know if it is possible to communicate better, but i don´t think so.


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
The project was very quick finished, only five weeks between the quote and the arrival of the paws at my place.


Are you happy with the product you received?
The whole project exceeded my expectations in a way i didn´t understand until now. And it was really worth the price, i just love the paws and won´t miss them.


Describe your overall experience with this maker.
One last thing: During the manufacturing process, I had to extend the legs of my bodysuit, which is why I wrote to my original builder. And i wrote to AlphaDogs. She offered me what i need, a giant piece of fur, so i was able to. I´m waiting for the answer of my original builder til today.

She not only work really fast with an great quality, she also offers help with suit she haven´t buils by herself. This is not the normal case, but this is AlphaDogs. I can fully recommand comissioning her!
