Just reacting to what's happening in the comic. Slave away in a kitchen to make a yummy, homemade dessert for friends and they ignore it and don't even say thanks? That is just rude.

Yap, I’ve been there myself when I brought my infamous yam pie cheese cake to a pot luck. All anyone ever cared about was the ice cream.
