Ah, sweet that you got to draw this character design of yours again. Grass Types usually have a good connection towards other plants. Fennel is likely to have a big garden of such flowers or at least one who appreciates them, I'd assume. His facial expression makes me wonder if somebody else gave him that flower and that's why he's blushing. Could of course be himself who wanted to give it to someone he's got a crush on, too.
