Okay last part of my basic drawing tutorial when i Drew  DragoRyan6397 dragon form where he just ate some willing prey. About 4 or 5 people.

When drawing a vore/preg/ fat / inflated belly always start with a round base.

When vore i misshapen the aroundness and add big hard buges.

When preg or inflation i keep it round an add small soft bugles as litte kicks.

When fat mishapen the roundness and try to make the belly look dougy.
