Here is the newly patterned and revised XL Scaletail! These biggins are now regularly going to be around 47-50 inches long with almost 1000 scales on them! Comment below what you think of this goliath :)
Scales are light weight anodized aluminum from theringlord.com and the 8 spikes are rubber from Dream Vision Creations. We highly recommend them if you need supplies!
This tail weighs no more than 5 pounds! The scales are very light weight along with the hand knitted yarn. We are learning to stuff these a little less dense as well while still keeping it's shape but giving it more flexibility.
This specific project took around 30 hours spread out within 4 weeks.
