It's hard to say...

Unemployed, which is a certain level of constant stress. However it is significantly lower than when I was working, proving true my suspicions. I'm not sure how to resolve this, as my first instinct is to take something that will make me miserable and no amount of positive thinking is likely to fix that.

I'm working on issues like I don't deserve to be happy, and unworthy and all these others. Making a little effort to expand my social circle and improve things around me. There is progress, but it's slow, and I'm impatient. Still taking care of my parents things, which is also depressing.

Health-wise, a doctor is strongly recommending surgery I don't want. I'm not enjoying the lack of options and the "if you don't do this you'll die" is prompting "Fine! Glad it will be over!"

So, happy I guess, when I can avoid thinking about things.

I burned a lot of things in the yard, about 4 hours worth of fire. Read a little bit while it was going on.
