This is the LineArt of the 9th of 16 of the Second Cosplay Series. The ninth one here is Ms Silvia Marpole from the "The Extremely Goofy Movie" dressing up as Judy Hopps from "Zootopia". (Full Color will be coming soon)
Of course like the last series it will be randomized of some well known and some unknown furry female characters and this time it will be 16 characters dressing rather than 12 like before.
As to give myself another challenge, the 12 femmes from the last series will not be used in this one.

I know I say that a lot, so let me try to make a better thought-out comment.
Seeing her in Judy's uniform - especially in the tightest of pants, like Judy wears - is also lovely. I always thought she looked best with glasses, but I'm just easily pleased like that and she looks good without them too.
