Mollan here is a Barok, a rough and thick-skinned race with exceptional hearing and strength. They also tend to be rather slow-witted and kindhearted. Mollan fits that stereotype perfectly with a cheery yet calm demeanor and a shockingly optimistic air about him.

Much more than the others of his species, Mollan doesn't understand societal norms especially about the limits of how you can show affection. His favorite way to show affection is hugging, but he doesn't understand the concept of awkwardness, so his hugs can go on for hours unless you tell him to let go.
Also he's pregnant very often and has zero idea how to explain how it all happens, so he'll do a goofy smile and shrug if you ask how!
