+Rathan, the Mage+
Rathan the Red saw the stone and had a feeling something was about to go wrong. He was half way through casting a counterspell when the flash of green light struck him. The light from the stone and his own magic collided violently, tossing him to the ground.
His thoughts swam and vanished. He knew he was shrinking, dropping his reagent pouch and staff, as he lost balance and slipped. He swore his skin was turning blue, and covering in white… fur? He shuddered, as something popped out of his spine. Thinking got harder and harder - when suddenly he saw something shiny roll past him. Struggling to get out of the big red cloth the monkey-goblin tried to catch the shiny things, oblivious to anything before that moment.
After escaping the dungeon, the rest of his party would give him a new name; Boggle, the Blue.

For Goblin Week 2018, I sent a party of heroes into a mysterious ruined dungeon! They were tasked with finding a priceless relic within, but instead they encountered a strange artifact that turned them all into goblins!
