I wasn't very good with the communication with the maker, the beak airbrush was damaged right out of the box and I don't think I ever let them know. It is such a small thing and also I was deeply afraid at the time of bothering them.

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
The head is snug and fits like a dream, it is lightweight and I hardly notice it unlike some of my other heads. It is a bit problematic getting it on, being so tight. The neck of the head was disclosed as being a bit short, and it's still is short.

Ventilation is good, I did add a fan later on which improved that. Vision is great the tear ducts are closer to each other and I'm able to see better than my other suits.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
I really enjoy the super realistic look of this head the markings are still quite nice from years of use. I've done minimal upkeep and had no issues.



Special Attachments and Features
Please describe how satisfied you are with any extra features your head has.
the moving jaw is fantastic, since the head is snug it doesn't need elastic in the jaw. The ears are some what poseable and it gives the head a more variety of looks. I am in love with the battle injured beak adds a lot of character to the head. the tongue is foam and squishy.

I had a great experience with the maker it took me a while to realize it. this was my first real foray into the furry fandom, Sharpe was patient and professional with me as I blundered in and bought a head from her. I may at a later date see if this head could go in for a refurbish.
