Im a bit lost here, is this a flashforward flashback to a few years after highschool or right before the party in the main story?

It's a separate comic to the main one, showing a younger version of Andy and Coop, I believe.

As Jackaloo described, this is a timeline-jumping comic. The part with younger Andy and Coop is a flashback, the rest of it, with them older, happens at the same time as the main story. This comic shows us what Coop have been doing while Andy is working with daddy Waldren.
I guess it will probably end in the same page the main story ends.

yeah but my question was if this moment is still part of 'that' flashback or it's back to real time. My first thought was it's another flashback that continues after the one in highschool, when Coop still doesn't have a job, but now I feel it's the moment he bought the shirt he's wearing currently in The Internship, so instead of 'a few years/months back' it went to 'an hour earlier'

The color palette is a clue. These bluer strips are "current" time, right before the party. The greener strips are further in the past.

I've had that happen as well, it's just...bizarre! I seriously saw two people once that looked exactly like my Dad and his wife, but they had different voices but the same fashion sense hair style everything. I also ran into a guy that was practically my twin it was bizarre and I keep hearing of this guy because people keep asking me if i was in such and such a place when I wasn't.

Cooper's seeing Andy everywhere! Cooper, you've got to get your eyes checked, bro! It's not very healthy behaviour when your becoming so desperate that Coop's tapping anyone on the shoulder who remotely looks like Andy from behind and jees, he's shaking too. I feel so sorry for Cooper. He's lost his best friend/boyfriend.

Cooper's bewildered face when he's realized what he's done is great too. Nice ear positioning. He got to come up with something to say quick and great word stumbling. It adds to the confusion of the whole situation.

That last panel! LOL! The whole eye thing and Cooper's dialogue. Cooper hasn't seemed to come to terms with why he's acting so strangely. Marvelously done!
