Dog Tooth

Sooo.. I walked outside with my dog Sam this afternoon because she had to potty. I looked down and saw something a little strange on the door mat just outside of the back door.
Poked at it for a second before realizing what it was. A tooth.. or part of one anyway.
Checked Sam's teeth and she somehow managed to break her top right incisor. There's just a nub left in her mouth that will have to come out. It's a bad break.
She doesn't seem too bothered by it right now though, so that's good.
Thought I'd share the image of the tooth with you guys because it can act as some sort of reference or something if you ever wanted to know what the inside of a tooth looks like.

She scratched it out of her mouth.
The vet tried to say it wasn't a tooth.
I'm like - yeah. . . . it was :^) lol
My dog wasnt bothered by it at all - have a Kennel friend that takes care of Danes.
So I always go to her about issues.
And the dog had dental work done in December so shes all good <3 uwu hope your dog is ok!
Sorry to hear it came from your dog- but hopefully all will turn out well.
Reminds me of growing up in the family taxidermy shop- there were fascinating little bits everywhere.
Theres times when I do miss it.
But the shop is long gone.
