I never did quite decide for certain what I wanted Haro's powers to be. He's supposed to be a god of sorts, but when Gramps banishes him to Earth and he loses contact with the source of his Lunar Powers. So now, what abilities he still possesses barely work at all or only work for a brief period of time.

One skill I considered was a "Control" spell. By striking an opponent with the small end of his hammer, he leaves a lunar crest mark on the opponent. Once this is in place, he can issue a command restricting the opponents movement, in a sort of paralysis... OR if they're weak minded enough, he can actually manipulate them to do things(like a sort of low-level hypnosis).

His other key skill I was considering as a sort of temporary Hyper Mode. He could tap into his Lunar Powers and become super strong and fast, but due to his distance from the source, it can only be used for a very brief period of time and needs a lot of time to recharge after using it.

Personality wise, I saw him as being a huge dick and something of a ladies rabbit... but he was still essentially just a rebellious child, so sparks of innocence and a weak willed nature came up a lot. Without his powers, he becomes a bit of a coward too... XP
