...mmmmmmmmm... drools Light soy sauce though, not the dark stuff that overpowers the fish, in a shallow dipping dish. Sashimi...

I'm also fond of a thin twist of lemon on the side. Just one single droplet of lemon juice on the surface, then a quick swirl in the soy/wasabi mixture (I tend to go light on the wasabi... talk about overpowering the fish), and down the hatch. Sigh.
