"Princess Booplesnoot Cuddlebutt the Third" was a name that nobody was allowed to use. Nobody who wanted to live, that is. Princess was to be addressed as "Princess" at all times and under no circumstances was anyone to speak her full given name, nor any other name they might come up with for her.

Few living souls even knew Princess's full name, but Samael was one of them. Demons tend to know these things. So when Sam met Princess by chance in a bar one night and called her "Booplesnoot", Princess poisoned her drink, and Sam died. But death is only a minor inconvenience for a demon, a temporary detachment from a disposable mortal husk, and after she was ritually summoned once more she only had a minor hangover and a slightly fuzzy memory of the circumstances to show for the ordeal.

Not a few weeks later, Sam saw Princess in a coffee shop, and called over to her again. "Hey Booplesnoot, long time no see!" she said. Princess was not amused, and lured her into a back alley where she stabbed Sam over and over again until she could barely hold onto the knife. She then carved up her corpse, tossing each piece into a dumpster and lighting the whole thing on fire. She wasn't taking any chances this time.

Just few weeks later still, after yet another summoning ritual and rather pesky hangover, Sam spotted Princess at the lunar new year festival celebrating the beginning of the year of the dog...
