Not a bad design, however, I have one little comment to make. The bolt housing and cut out for the handle seems a bit... off. Given the placement of the bolt, rotation of the bolt would be impossible given the amount of space given, or at least rotation would be very small (which is dangerous and does not allow for proper locking, especially with such a large caliber). Second, if you'll notice, the action is too short to fully clear the chamber and strip off a new round. Allow for further pull of the action (in other words making the channel longer) would correct for this. And as a side note, larger barrels are heavier and dampen recoil, just a little tidbit (thus why I love bull barrels. They also cool better with increased surface area. A cool barrel is an accurate one).

It is a beautiful design, nice and solid. Looks like it would be good in the field too, keeping the dirt out of important places. And your scopes are coming along nicely. Excellent work.
