So funny that you should post this TODAY, as I was JUST looking at these birds as a potential pet (as opposed to strictly an outdoor aviary bird). There's a breeder of them in Sweden, and I also found a breeder of superb starlings here in Norway. :)

I'm at least going to go check out the superb starlings, since they're not far away, but the purple glossies are on the far side of Sweden, and the breeder hasn't replied to me yet. If I don't get a starling, I'll go for either a kakariki or a pigeon (so hard to decide!) :D
