After 2018 has hit I just haven't been feeling the greatest. Yeah some bad luck has come our way but my ever present PTSD, Anxiety and Depression (triple crown winner here) just hasn't really let me have a break. It's hard to do the things I love, especially if those things mean to leave the house like seeing my horse and visiting friends. The easiest way is to draw my feelings and play video games when I feel up to it or maybe read a book when I can focus well enough. It's just an ever present dark rain cloud that seems to only hit me in a sea of peiple. I know it's not true but for those of us that struggle with this, that's how it feels.
So raise your paw up if you've ever felt this way. Your not alone. Let's share an umbrella to wait out this storm.
