Or just pop balloons at a parade like a bitter old man lol

Even from your window, you could set his trash on fire without anyone suspecting a thing. Of course that's not something I seriously advocate, as it can start a serious fire which is dangerous and bad and all. I mean... they'd at least nave to do something REALLY bad to deserve it first

i also remember the day that this kind of laser almost got me blind,

My boss pointed it at his license plate, blinded both of us for a bit, only now I can see the spots every time I blink on a grey day... Kinda sucks >.<

sunglasses sorta blocked, but still...had a loss of 10%

yeah, every time i blink in the right lighting, i see a star pattern in the middle of both eyes flash... it's super annoying.;/

after that incident i beat the shit of the person who did this to me

We both were at fault, it was a class 3b laser, we looked it up after and read that you have to avoid spectacular reflection, because that class, milliwattage and frequency could cause catastrophic retinal damage in a millisecond.
He was pointing it out the front door of the shop trying to see how far he could see the dot, and to trace it he pointed it at his cars license plate that was right in front of the door, he was looking over the car, I was looking right at the plate.... yep, we were dumb I just happened to be looking directly at the reflection, we both went "GAH FUCK!" and kept asking eachother through out the week "Still see it?" his went away in 5 days, i... still see it, it's been a year.
Go me.
