Looks pretty nice, though I am in doubt whether that thing under the neck a moon, a tunnel or whatever else?

Actually I've got this textured paper that works really well for scaley skins. I sort of stumbled upon it in the local art shop (my only gripe with it is that the texture is really large and plays merry heck with tiny details).

The moon thing is more of a decoration than a literal moon. I needed to fill in a hole and sort of got carried away

Filling holes... You need to take the stuff from somewhere :)
As for textured paper... I'd rather really use the simpler method myself :)

Thank you - it's mostly due to the paper than me doing anything fancy with it. I wish that texture came in darker shades however.

Now you've struck a chord with me, I am a Dragon fanatic, you should see my room, it is covered in dragon peraphenilia and now I find Dragons in your gallery, consider all of them favved, not just because I like dragons but beacuase you once again floor me with your uncanny ability to create beautiful works of art

This was not one of my better dragons, in my opinion. I rushed the tone and it didn't end up selling. I eventually donated it to a charity sale. If I'd known you wanted it, I'd have saved it for you.

hey, you are already making my avatar, I can't ask much more of you. but know that even though you sold the hard copy, you still have it your gallery to be admired by people like me. as for not being one of your "better" dragons, I have yet to see you draw a worse one. you put a unique twist on the species making it your own variant on a centuries old perception about what these creatures look and behave like, it's beautifully done and I'll be the first to tell you that, but you are too hard on yourself sometimes Xenotropos. Come on girl, take some more pride in your work cause if you want, I can show you my dragon drawings and then we'll see who has the worst, lol
