Two Starfox operatives lie in wait to cover the extraction of Fox, Falco, and Slippy. 2 hours have past and sitting motionless over what feels like hot coals is starting to become difficult. Kiara is impatient.
"They should have been out by now." Kiara sighs.
"I know." Roxy replies, subtly wiping sweat from her brow. "I don't know whats taking them so long..."
"Break radio silence?"
"I wouldn't. Give it... 30 more minutes then--"
"Oop! Go to 3-Alpha, eyes on Red Leader." Kiara interrupts.
"3-Alpha, Red Leader confirmed." Roxy replies.
"We see you Red Leader, hostiles on your six, advise." Kiara requested through the radio.
Fox replies, " I want a pink mist over these dunes!"
"Ditto." Kiara acknowledged, "Shooter, hostiles 3-Alpha, fire when ready."
"Ready." Roxy nodded.
"Send it." Kiara gritted.
