Now while I'm not really into MOBAs let alone League of Legends, but I do enjoy the characters as well as their attire, as shown by some recent commissions that were also drawn by Scarlett:

While researching outfits for those two commissions, I cam across a special outfit the nine-tailed fox character Ahri that had her in a very sexy and cute pop idol outfit:

I fell completely in love with it and since then I've been wanting to get Jessie dressed up in said outfit. It fits his style and sensibilities, no? ;D
Any sort of cosplay Jessie can be flashy and flirtatious in is a plus. Now the only thing missing is some rope and a nice big ballgag. >:)
Afterall, Jessie as an idol is just inviting some over zealous fans to abduct him and keep him as their own. :D
Might get a bondage pic of him in this outfit. ^_^
