I did these sketches to try to loosen up and teach myself better posture and art habits. I need to be extra aware of how hard I grip my pen, if I'm slouching, etc, and work hard to be conscious of those things until they are second nature to me. A no-pressure subject seemed like a good start! Based these off of some cat stock photos. In so much of my art I portray the alecani in very human poses, but their equally comfortable as quadrupeds, so I though I'd show that off a bit.

I was having similar issues with posture, so I purchased one of these late last year for my work station : https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MS1XQF6 . It's worked really well and keeps my back in good posture, comfortable too. Need to make sure to stretch the muscles in the back of your legs after working for long periods of time with this chair though since the legs are kicked back. Either way, I wish you luck finding what best works for you~
