Flare's a pretty simple guy. He likes music games, and pretty much any kind of growth. Either him experiencing said growth and getting huge himself, or growing other people. He's pretty laid back,and loves to casually hang out with just about anyone. He himself is a shapeshifter, and frequently uses those powers to change his size more than his form, but more often than not, if you just meet him, this is how he'll look. Has a habit of listening to pretty much exclusively DDR/PIU music, and is quite a force to be reckoned with on the arcade dance floor, taking many local, and a few regional titles.

I really like how this came out. Kinda ended up with huge feet again, but he is a Mewtwo, so.. I guess it works. Though he does have some of those yaoi hands goin on there but uh... beatmania? I dunno man i'm just bad at hands.
