Sam had remembered that when she had padded out of that pet shop--on two legs or all fours, she couldn't say--she was going to make a puppy's life better. This adorable labrador would get all the love she could offer. Now she found herself at the mercy of her new Mistress as she stayed as low to the ground as possible. She had to to be a good girl. Her Mistress was so nice, so wonderful, and she was going to be the best girl she could be. Soon only her left hand had yet to be a paw and she was panting excitedly as her ears were perked to attention.
"Thank you, Mistress!" She barked, tail wagging. "I know I'm a good doggy!"
"Yes, indeed. You will indeed make a very wonderful dog." The Wandering Witch sneered. "But now we need to get you out of those silly clothes before you change further! Good girls don't wear those silly clothes."'
