Being on the crew of a famous pirate captain's ship, going on adventures and being generally pretty well off so long as you don't get into a bad spot with the captain or first mate, you wouldn't expect mutinies to be a thing. But mutiny, that's a tricky concept. It could be a group of lower-ranking sailors trying to make a break for it. Or spies planted aboard the ship trying to stir up trouble. It could even be the food breaking free of their cages downstairs and grabbing the nearest weaponizable object in their attempt to escape. Doesn't always have to be a group of sailors trying to take out the captain and organize a revolt.

Either way, though, it seems to end the same. Private meetings in the captain's quarters, or a public display of why mutinies are a bad thing. Reminders of how lucky the crew is to have means and opportunity to gain plenty of gold on the ship, or why certain rules are in place. And if necessary, the offending parties being led, single-file, to the captain to beg for mercy or spit out their last words before sliding down her red carpet and joining their friends in the Eighth Sea. That is, her stomach.
