I always found maned wolves (they are neither wolves nor foxes, actually, but a completely different genus) extremely fascinating creatures, with those long and skinny legs! I tried to stay true to their real appearance here, not sure if I succeeded.
As far as the clothing is concerned, it's supposed to be partially inspired by that of Guaranì warriors, with some other Mesoamerican influence. The war club and the spear he holds are made of hard wood, and used for fighting, not hunting. Unfortunatly, I know close to nothing about Native American civilizations, so I could have made some terrible mistakes without being aware.
Anyways, hope you like it! ^^ And if you are wondering what's the meaning of the title, that is simply how the maned wolf is called in Guaranì language.

I do like maned wolves. It's also interesting to see how artists handle the long legs in an anthro version.
