As you can already guess by the title Kurt is bored out of his mind. He's likely awaiting a punishment for a prank or for his ride home after the fact.
This started out as a simple gesture drawing earlier this month. Though I decided to pick it back up and finish the sketch. Then yesterday I decided to color it for a change. I haven't colored a sketch in a while and it was a fun. I might have to do this more often.
