I just uploaded it a second time, because the 1st one isn't working since hours!
This song is dedicated to
lioncourt who inspired me to do some a cappella (accidentally) AND encouraged me with his nice comment about my first song!!!
PLEASE LISTEN AT LEAST THE HALF OF THE FILE! (About there I added second voices subjects)
It was the theme of my favourite TV series (that are actually MUCH older than myself and the most of you for sure!) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ICiFnQrHOrk
The original artist is Johnny Mandel.
M*A*S*H (means: Mobile Army Surgery Hospital)
It is about a MASH-Unit during the korean war. Although it's veeeeery funny and adorable! I've seen over 240 of the 256 series!
TECHNIQUE:
My recording tool was just a headset and a recorder-/mix-/FX-freeware (NCH WavePad Sound Editor).
I've record 4 tracks of just my own voice while listening to the original (over SEVERAL hours! again and again. I've heard that song over 100 times and I still love it!!!)
I put them into stereo and changed the balance of each track and mixed them.
Finally I added a "reverb" effect ..... and done!
And I'm quite satisfied with the result. (Besides I didn't reach the highest tones well, as you can hear^^)
Enjoy!
.. I hope it's just as funny to listen to it for you, as it was for me to record it
An instrumentalization in under progress! (guitar, triangle and the bass of my harmonium^^)

it sounds pretty good, I'm impressed, especially with the base and alto near the middle, HOWEVER.
All you did really was change the pitch of each part X3 it would really be cool if you were actually to make actual seperate parts instead of changing the pitch and keeping the same progression.
