aw man!!! It's awesome!!! And the drool doesn't look bad~ I think it fits the style well~
However, although I'm not nearly as good as you at art, I think I may be able to provide a little bit of advice~ First off, it's important to know where the saliva glands are. They're located way in the back of the jaw on both sides, about 3 teeth from the end. (if that makes sense?) so when saliva builds up, it will roll off the tongue a lot, but it's important to show some coming off the jaw as well. The way I tend to do it is by making a layer of pure white (in this case, that blue color) and drawing in the shape of what I think the drool should look like. I keep in mind that drool is a lot thicker than water (especially for animals like doggos! However idk about a dino XD) so there's gonna be close to 0 "gaps" in the saliva. Long story short, I make a "m" like shape and fill it in almost completely with white. (or blue for you.) Then, I turn the layer I just made that on down to like, 30%? and clean up my lines around the edges to make it look more drippy and slimy. Also, for that big drop of drool you have coming off, the line should be thin in the middle. (If you play with putty, it's like you pulled the putty into a thick noodle and held onto one side, letting the noodle stretch out. The glob will stay large, but the putty making the strand will grow thin.) Then I make another layer, use white and SHINE IT UPPPP XD You're an amazing artist, so I'm sure you'll know how much is enough :3
I hope that helped!!!
...And now that I'm reading over what I wrote, I hope your question wasn't rhetorical XDD
