Color me curios but can those motorbiked folk actually move any parts of tgeir bodies?its just i noticed the dolphin gal seem to have moved her head to look at her friend

I think she has limited movement. Possibly has some wiggle room but whenever she relaxes this is her default position, with her head where it is now for her nose as the seat.
