In the Magic the Gathering Serious Universe Pheldagriff it's an Extint Race, but in Bablovia Universe the Hippo Husky Scientist from the Crossbreed Lab have used all the resources he have at his dispossition to create the special mix of Potions to bring the magnificent specie back.
But of course when you have a scientist trying to bring dead hybrids back you need equally willingly subjects!

Speech; "Don't Move this should be the last one"
Thoughts; "I Hope... I run out of bird Formula"
