These are some beautifully interesting characters! What are they? Are they an Asian creature of some sort? Just curious, I like the black and red, it really fits well without being overwhelming and they just are so pretty with the hair.

The species is a custom one made by Shadowraiser and Spartanben here on FA, a sort of feral canid shapeshifter that possess some elemental abilities based on their their colors and a gemstone on their body. These particular characters are lacking in the gemstone, though instead they each have a couple "angel-faced man eaters", these levitating carnivorous creatures that act as companions to Tsuneyo and Satsuki.
As for the eastern influence, my mate and I already had a pre-existing idea for those twin characters that started life as our Au Ra characters in Final Fantasy 14. We'll be expanding on this with more art in the future, and thank you!
