Looks like an osh park board :)
Itead (https://www.itead.cc) and seeed studio (https://www.seeedstudio.com/) have stupid-cheap prices for pcbs. The solder mask isn't that great but for the price of the pcbs + ~$20 for dhl shipping (so 2 weeks turn-around) makes it a nice prototyping option.
edit: oh you said osh park, I just saw the purple/gold plating and knew :D

Yep. OSH Park did a really great job on these (especially the silkscreen!). I haven't used either of those that you mentioned, but I can also recommend http://www.hackvana.com for inexpensive PCBs.
